Oriental
Purple, sometimes vibrant skin and white flesh. Dry taste and mild flavor profile. This is a favorite for a saute.
Diane
Reddish smooth skin with an orange flesh, one of the sweeter potatoes when baked. A staple variety for holiday recipes and home dining meals
Beauregard
Your classic sweet potato with a light to faded orange, almost rustic, sometimes ribbed skin and an orange flesh. Tastes sweet with more texture than a Diane & Bellevue. Commonly used for processing – sweet potato fries, cubes, strings, etc. Excellent option as an ingredient for any recipe.
Bellevue
A very smooth brighter orange skin and deep orange flesh. The sweetest of our varieties. Excellent choice for baking. Also used for processing.
Sweet
Sandy tan & smooth skin with a white flesh. A drier texture with a mild flavor profile.
