Sweet Potatoes are nutrient packed with everything your body needs to survive and thrive. Not only are they a superfood, but they are super versatile – sweet potatoes can be used in so many ways in the kitchen. Bakes, fries, pies, juiced, hashed, sliced, diced, entree, appetizer, dessert, ingredient, there is no limit. Here you will find out a little more about each variety, their nutrition, and recipe favorites:

Oriental

Purple, sometimes vibrant skin and white flesh. Dry taste and mild flavor profile. This is a favorite for a saute.

Diane

Reddish smooth skin with an orange flesh, one of the sweeter potatoes when baked. A staple variety for holiday recipes and home dining meals

Beauregard

Your classic sweet potato with a light to faded orange, almost rustic, sometimes ribbed skin and an orange flesh. Tastes sweet with more texture than a Diane & Bellevue. Commonly used for processing – sweet potato fries, cubes, strings, etc. Excellent option as an ingredient for any recipe.

Bellevue

A very smooth brighter orange skin and deep orange flesh. The sweetest of our varieties. Excellent choice for baking. Also used for processing.

Sweet

Sandy tan & smooth skin with a white flesh. A drier texture with a mild flavor profile.
